NS PRO 999GH UNIQUE DESIGN - DESCRIBED AS "BODY INTERACTIVE"
The playability benefit of the 999 is found in the simplicity of the shaft design. Weighing in at an average weight of 100 grams, the shaft falls between the weight of most traditional steel and graphite shaft models and is thus light enough for the golfer's body to generate high speed, yet hefty enough for the golfer’s body to sense the feel of the club during the swing. This body interaction is achieved by adjusting the weight in each shaft and by maintaining the flex and kick points in a neutral manner throughout the set.
This allows the golfer to accelerate with power in the long irons and hybrid clubs, swing under a controlled rhythm with the mid irons, and swing with stability in the short irons and wedges. By maintaining a uniform flex and kick point in each of the shafts throughout the set, while adjusting the weight for the different segments of the iron set, the golfer is able to swing in the most natural, efficient manner. |
